We have temporarily suspended delivery by couriers while we review delivery issues.

Orders may be collected directly from our butchery via the click and collect option.

All our orders are carefully packaged in eco-friendly, frozen packaging for maximum freshness.

Our Woolcool Packaging

To ensure your order arrives in optimal condition, we use eco-friendly Woolcool packaging. This innovative, insulated packaging maintains the freshness and quality of your venison throughout transit.

Packed in our sustainable and biodegradable Woolcool packaging, your order is kept at the correct temperature until it reaches you. For best results, please place all meat products in a freezer as soon as you open your delivery

Click and Collect Information

We offer a Click and Collect option for customers who prefer to pick up their order. Select this option during checkout and use the calendar to choose your preferred collection date.

Our collection times are between 12pm and 3pm on your chosen day. If you require a different collection time, please contact us at 01289 388202 prior to booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note, all payments must be made through our website—we cannot accept payment upon collection. Since we do not have a retail shop and are not open to the public, collections must be pre-arranged to ensure a team member is available to meet you.
